Returns
As every bag is made to order refunds and exchanges have a real impact on us, so please consider carefully before you purchase.
If you want to check on colour, we are able to send free swatches. Please get in touch with customer@isladegar.com
We do not accept returns on any sales items or last chance items or custom orders.
For all other orders, whilst we hope you are happy with your order, we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund (excluding Express Shipping).
You may return your order to us between 15-30 days and receive 100% store credit (valid for 6 months).
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Return Eligibility
The above is subject to the below terms:

All items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and including dust bag.

Returns will not be accepted if they show any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup residue, stains, odours or evidence of washing.

Custom orders are non refundable.

Items bought at a discounted price are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items bought on our PreLoved platform.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email customer@isladegar.com with the subject line 'RETURN'.

Include your name and order number within the email.

Provide the reason for your return.

Once we have received your email, we will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days.

Return Shipping
Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.
Quality Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your item does not meet the return criteria we will notify you via email and will automatically return the product back to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of products outside of the UK. Please return your item to us for store credit and place a new order.
