SAFETY
The Shell closes with a neodymium magnet.
If you or someone close to you uses a pacemaker, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), cochlear implant, programmable CSF shunt, insulin pump, or other implanted medical device, please keep the bag at least 20–30 cm (8–12 inches) from the device.
If you have any concerns, do speak with your medical team.

Studio collection is available from our Finsbury Park studio, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
We work carefully and efficiently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary by location.

Return policy
If your order isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Orders returned between 15–30 days will be issued as store credit, valid for six months.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
