Checkerboard has joined the Oyster family.

This twist on a classic tote bag intertwines 2 colours to create a striking checkerboard design.

Alongside our IDG team of crocheters and handbag makers, we’ve worked with highly skilled leather artisans in North London to introduce a new material to Isla de Gar.

A beautifully smooth, handcrafted leather strap meets the soft iridescent satin to create Isla de Gar’s Oyster design. With minimal hardware, The Oyster is big enough to fit everything you need whilst the Checkerboard adds a bold, modern edge to a classic silhouette.

Our bags and accessories are made to order in London with a 2-3 week lead time before shipment. However if you'd like yours sooner, please add a note with your order stating the due by date and select DHL Express if you'd like to receive within 1 week. Thank you for supporting slow fashion.
