EU & NI Customers
To all our EU and NI customers, old and new,
We have recently learned that as of 13th December we can no longer ship to the EU/NI unless we have an appointed agent. This is due to the new GPSR legislation’s stricter requirements.
We will do all we can to ensure we’re able to accept orders to the EU and NI as soon as possible, as this is a relationship we do not want to lose.
We are so sorry for the sudden announcement but we need to receive any outstanding EU/NI orders by 3rd December 2024, to ensure they are shipped within the time-frame.

Shipping:
Each bag is made to order, so please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be made before shipment. If you would like your order sooner, please drop us an email and we'll do all we can to make this happen: customer@isladegar.com
UK:
Royal Mail Tracked: 2-3 working days
DHL Express: Next working day
Worldwide:
Express Tracked: 2-5 working days
Orders from outside of UK:
Please note that any orders outside of the UK will be subject to customs charges, liable to be paid by the customer. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order from the customs of the delivery country, not from Isla de Gar. We know some of these email end up in your junk inbox so be sure to check there too!
Once Shipped:
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking once the item has been shipped. Isla de Gar is not liable for the item once it has been dispatched.
Collection:
You can select the free collection option at the checkout from our Hackney Wick studio. Our hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. You'll receive an email once it's ready to collect.
